Three Leven is a staffing agency that started 7 years ago when I took the decision to become an entrepreneur and I’m happy to say we are growing.

Looking back, I remember the path I’ve walked and the goals that I have been able to accomplish with the help of great people.

We aspire to do better every day and look forward to inspiring others along the way to grow as well.

We believe in people, honesty, hard work, equality, integrity, responsibility and that family is the greatest motivation force.

Why I thought of Staffing?

Many years ago, when I arrived at this country, I did several jobs and I always thought about all the things I’d do different if I was in charge. I have lived in Orlando for 15 years, so I had to give something back to this city by providing employment to people and make them feel cared and secure of providing for their families.

As well throughout the years I experienced the struggle managers suffered from dealing with irresponsible employees whom didn’t show up to work or that didn’t bother to do things right for them and their coworkers.

I saw the opportunity in the hotel industry, and I knew I was able to supply the stability they all needed by connecting great people to join forces with high quality service.
